Futago is an AI-powered visual content service that helps users generate, edit, remix, animate, and improve images and videos, including product visuals, e-commerce images, infographics, interior design concepts, real estate visuals, fashion visuals, reference-based designs, AI photoshoots, and other creative content.
By using Futago, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2.1. Account and Login Information
When you create an account or sign in to Futago, we may collect:

2.2. User Content and Uploaded Materials
Depending on the features you use, you may upload, create, or submit different types of content, including:

• screenshots of product listings or marketplaces;

• reference images, style examples, creative references, or images provided by you;
• text prompts, product names, descriptions, benefits, characteristics, instructions, and other text entered by you;
• generated and edited results created through Futago.
2.3. Face Images and Identity Features
Some Futago features may allow you to upload photos of yourself or another person to generate images, preserve visual similarity, create AI photoshoots, try on clothing, or improve consistency across generated results.
Face images may be used in two ways:
• For a single generation or edit — when you upload an image only to complete a specific request.
• For identity consistency features — when Futago stores or uses additional visual information to help preserve similarity in future generations, if such a feature is available.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and any required consent to upload and use images of yourself or any other person.
2.4. Payment and Billing Information
If you purchase access, credits, a balance package, subscription, or other paid features, we may collect and process:
• payment status;
• transaction amount;
• transaction date;
• payment identifier;
• billing-related information;
• information about account balance, usage, and charges inside Futago.
We do not store full payment card details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, which process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
2.5. Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect:
• IP address;
• device type;
• browser type;
• operating system;
• session data;
• cookies and similar technologies;
• pages visited;
• referral sources;
• UTM parameters and campaign information;
• actions taken inside the service;

You are responsible for the content you upload, submit, generate, edit, or publish through Futago.
You represent and warrant that:
• you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to upload and use your content;
• your use of Futago does not violate any law or third-party rights;
• you will not upload images of other people without a lawful basis and required consent;
• you will not use Futago to create, publish, or distribute unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
By uploading content to Futago, you grant Futago a limited right to use, process, store, transmit, and display such content only as necessary to operate the service, provide requested features, generate or edit outputs, ensure security, provide support, and enforce our terms.
6. Public Gallery and Published Results
Futago may offer a public gallery or public feed of user-generated results.
Futago does not automatically publish your uploaded source images or generated results in the public gallery without an explicit action from you.
A result may be published only if you choose to publish it through the service interface, for example by clicking a “Publish” button, enabling a publication option, submitting content through a publication form, or otherwise clearly confirming publication.
If you publish a “before / after” result, you also allow Futago to display the relevant source image as part of that selected public publication, only in the form shown in the publication interface.
By publishing a result, you confirm that:
• you allow Futago to display the selected result in the public gallery;
• you understand that the published image may be visible to other users and website visitors;
• you allow Futago to use the published result to demonstrate the service, including display outside the Futago website;
• you have all rights and consents required to publish the image;
• if the image contains a person’s face, likeness, or other identifiable features, you have the legal right to publish it.

7. Sharing Information with Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers that help us operate Futago, including:
• hosting and infrastructure providers;
• cloud storage providers;
• AI model and AI API providers;
• payment processors;
• authentication providers;
• email delivery providers;
• analytics providers;
• security, monitoring, and anti-abuse providers;
• customer support tools.
We share information only as reasonably necessary for the relevant service provider to perform services for us or to complete your requested action.
For example, uploaded images, prompts, and related information may be sent to AI model providers to generate, edit, or animate content.
8. International Data Transfers
Futago may process and store information in countries other than your country of residence.
Our service providers, infrastructure, AI providers, payment processors, and other partners may be located in different countries. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your country.

• generated and edited results — may be stored in your account for a limited period, including up to 15 days, unless another period is stated in the service interface;
• identity consistency or face profile data — while you use the relevant feature or until deletion is requested, unless retention is required for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons;
• payment and transaction records — as long as necessary for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;
• technical logs — for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service reliability;
• backups — for the duration of backup retention and rotation cycles.
You are responsible for downloading and saving any results you want to keep. Futago does not guarantee permanent storage of uploaded materials or generated results.
11. Deleting Your Account and Data
You may request deletion of your account or related data by contacting us at support@futagoapp.com or by using available in-service tools.
You may request deletion of:
• uploaded images;
• generated results;
• identity consistency data or face profile data, where applicable;
• account information.
We will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your information unless retention is necessary for:
• legal compliance;
• payment, accounting, or tax records;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• security;
• enforcement of our terms;
• backup retention cycles.
Deleting certain information may prevent you from using some or all Futago features.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
These measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, infrastructure security, and other safeguards.
